Position: Bi-lingual Health Educator
Availability: Full-Time | Hybrid Position | Open Until Filled
Starting Salary: $50,000–$52,000/year
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Partners4Wellness is seeking a passionate and motivated Bi-lingual Health Educator to join our team. This full-time hybrid position plays a key role in delivering substance use prevention education to youth, parents, and community members throughout Orange County. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, have strong communication skills, and be deeply committed to community wellness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations on substance use prevention for elementary through high school students, parents, and community members.
- Develop and implement culturally responsive outreach and education programs.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and agencies to coordinate and deliver prevention services.
- Represent Partners4Wellness at school and community meetings, events, and trainings.
- Stay informed on trends and issues related to youth and substance use.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support grant writing efforts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and one other language (Spanish preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and audience engagement skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of local community resources.
- Prior experience in prevention of alcohol, tobacco, and drug use is a plus.

- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Willingness to attend community events and professional trainings.
- Ability to create and develop project materials.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Orange County.
