At Partners4Wellness, our Prevention and Education Department is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing substance use and related harms in our communities. We provide presentations, trainings, resources, and support to youth, families, schools, and organizations through evidence-based programs, outreach, and community partnerships.
Together, we can build healthier communities where every individual has the knowledge, skills, and support to thrive.
Prevention means stopping substance use before it starts — helping individuals and communities stay safe and healthy. In our community, the biggest challenges we face include underage drinking, vaping and tobacco use, marijuana, and the dangers of fentanyl.
By understanding these risks and taking action early, we can build a healthier, safer community for everyone. Prevention starts with education, awareness, and support — and it takes all of us working together.
