Our DUI School provides two levels programs, First Offender and Multiple Offender.

First Offender Programs

If this is your First Offense, call us ASAP as you are could be eligible for your restricted license before you even have your first court date. Usually, the length of the DUI Program is determined by your your blood alcohol content (BAC) at the time of arrest, and whether you’ve had any prior DUI convictions in the previous ten (10) years. (Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese programs are offered at our Santa Ana location)

  • 12 hours
  • For those convicted of a reckless driving offense with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood (BAC below 0.08%).
  • Code 23140 for offenders under 21 years of age.

Multiple Offender Programs

Second and subsequent DUI offenders within 10 years of their previous DUI are required to complete a multiple offender program. Usual conviction includes the 18 Month Program, but a judge may convict you to a 12 month program based on prior convictions.
